Once your receive your order confirmation email, your order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Simply Gentle products is not able to change or cancel orders once they have been submitted and processed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. No returns are offered due to the fact that we cannot resell personal care products once they leave us.

When your order is received, please thoroughly review the item(s) as soon as possible. If there are any discrepancies, we ask that you reach out within 5 business days to report your concerns.
